By The Transaction
If you close less than 12 transactions per year, this is the program for you.
- Keep 100% of the commission minus $445 per transaction side. For example: If the company receives $5,000 for a transaction side, you receive $4,555 and the company receives $445.
- The affiliation fee is only $98 per month and includes Errors and Omissions Insurance, showings set for your listings by www.showings.com, management assistance for problems and questions and full time office staff.
- To be eligible for this program, you must have completed five transactions at any real estate company in central Indiana.
- Free signs for all of your listings in the first ten days with the company.
By the Month
If you close 12 or more transactions per year? This is the program for you.
- Keep 100% of your commission minus $50 per transaction. For example: If the company receives $5,000 for a sale that you made, you receive $4,950. The company receives $50.
- The monthly affiliation fee of $453 includes E&O Insurance, showing appointments set by www.showings.com, full time office support and management assistance.
- To be eligible for this program, you must have completed five transactions at any real estate company in central Indiana.
- Free signs for all of your listings in the first ten days with the company
New Real Estate Agents
- You receive 50% of the commission during your first year with the company. This helps cover the cost of training.
- After your first year you can switch to either plan above depending on what is best for you financially.
- The monthly affiliation fee is $52.50 and includes Errors and Omissions Insurance and www.Showings.com to set showing requests on your listings.
