Our listing service fee depends on various factors such as the property’s price point and whether you are also buying your next home with us. Our minimum listing service fee is $3,000. Additional service fees may include buyer service fees, such as offering buyer agents a commission to bring buyers, help sell your home, and facilitate the buyer side of the transaction.
